(Sustainable Energy) is a Canada-based company which designs and manufactures intelligent power electronics solutions for decentralized electrical generation and storage system. The Company's customers are system integrators and installers and solar module companies, which include its inverter as part of integrated solar PV product offerings. During the fiscal year ended September 30, 2012,the Company manufacture inverters with power rating up to approximately six kilowatt (kw) for small ground mount system, for small ground mount, residential and commercial rooftops system with nameplate capacities up to about 100kw and for architecturally integrated solar Photovoltaic (PV) in building facades. PARALEX inverter is designed to be distributed throughout the solar PV array. The PARALEX inverter is outdoor-rated from minus 40 degrees Celsius to plus 50 degrees Celsius.
