Riverside Resources Inc. is an exploration-stage company. The Company is primarily engaged in the acquisition, exploration and development of exploration and evaluation assets in the Americas including Canada, the United States and Mexico. Its projects include Tajito�s Gold Project, Penoles Project, Cerro Azul, Chapalota, El Pedernal, La Catrina and La Escondida. The Tajito�s Gold Project consists of three blocks of concessions: two of which have been staked by the Company (El Tejo and Cortez) and one (Tajitos) that is optioned from a third party. The Chapalota Property is 100% owned by the Company who staked and control the property with no underlying agreements or royalties. The Company�s subsidiaries include Riverside Resources Mexico, S.A. de C.V., RRI Exploration Inc., RRI Holdings Limited and Riverside Resources (BC) Inc.
