Realm Energy International Corporation (Realm Energy), formerly SBI Skin Biology Inc., is a global energy company focused on the exploration and development of shale plays throughout Europe and other countries. The Company is engaged in identifying and acquiring the exploration rights for shale gas and shale oil properties outside of North America for exploration and development. As of December 31, 2010, a total of 21 wells had been drilled on the license area targeting oil in Cretaceous and Jurassic formations at depths of 1,000 to 2,000 meters. During the year ended December 31, 2010, the Company acquired oil and gas exploration rights in Germany and Poland. The rights in Germany consists one license covering 15,888 contiguous acres in which the Company holds a 100% interest, known as Aschen. In Poland, the Company�s concessions cover a gross area of 635,541 acres and net 464,918 acres.
