Panoro Minerals Ltd. (Panoro) is an exploration-stage company. The Company is engaged in the acquisition, exploration and development of mineral properties. The Company, through Panoro Apurimac S.A., owns 13 properties located in the prospective Andahuaylas-Yauri Copper Belt south of Cuzco, Peru, including Antilla, Cotabambas, Kusiorcco, Chochasayhuas, Alicia, Promesa, Pistoro Norte, Sancapampa, Humamantata, Pataypampa, Anyo, Morosayhuas and Checca. This belt hosts a range of copper and copper-gold deposits. The Antilla copper-molybdenum project (7,400 hectares) is at an advanced stage of exploration. The Cotabambas (9,900 hectares) project includes a range of copper-gold deposits. The Kusiorcco project is located near HudBay Minerals� Constancia project. The 5,836 hectare Cochasayhuas property is located about 20 kilometers west of Xstrata Copper�s Las Bambas project. It has a 100% interest in 12 mineral concessions totaling 8,200 hectares located in the Province of Chiclayo.
