Noka Resources Inc. (Noka) is a mineral resource company engaged in the acquisition and exploration of mineral resource properties. The Corning Creek Property is located in Shuswap Highland in south-central British Columbia and consists of 12 map-staked mineral claims totaling 1,831.08 hectares. It entered into the Field-Dyte Option Agreement dated April 20, 2011, as amended December 31, 2011, with Barrie Field-Dyte, pursuant to which the Company was granted an option to earn and acquire a 100% interest in eleven of the twelve mineral claims comprising the Corning Creek Property. It entered into the Rich River Option Agreement dated June 29, 2011, with Rich River Exploration Ltd., pursuant to which the Company was granted an option to earn and acquire a 100% interest in map-staked claim #831925 comprising the Corning Creek Property.
