Northern Spirit Resources Inc. is a Canadian oil and gas exploration and production company. The Company is an early-stage oil and gas company with lands and assets in Alberta and British Columbia. As of December 31, 2010, in Alberta, the Company had one remaining area of concentration. The Bowden/Innisfail lands contain multiple targets. As of December 31, 2010, the Company�s production at the Bowden well out of the Belly River zone was at approximately five barrels of oil per day. The Company�s The Noel property interest consists of one producing Falher gas-well (the Noel Well), which has recompletion targets in the Cadotte (probable) and Cardium (possible) zones. On November 25, 2010 the Company sold its interest in the Karr Properties in northern Alberta. As of December 31, 2010, the Company sought new oil and gas and merger opportunities. In December 2011, it acquired Cascade Resources Inc., a company engaged in oil and gas development and exploration activities.
