Netco Silver Inc., formerly Netco Energy Inc. is engaged in the oil, natural gas and mining business. As of December 31, 2011, the Company retained an interest in leases based in the Columbia River Basin of south-central Washington State. The company�s primary asset is the silver Toruel Property in the Rio Negro Province of Argentina. Covering 5,736 hectares (14,168 acres) and within 25 kilometers southeast of the village of Los Menucos. The Toruel Property hosts an epithermal vein and breccia mineralization system prospective for silver, gold and copper. On April 6, 2011, the Company had completed its acquisition of an option to acquire a 75% interest in certain mineral claims consisting of the Toruel Property (the Property), located in the Rio Negro Province of the Republic of Argentina, from Marifil Mines Ltd.(Marifil).
