Healthscreen Solutions Incorporated (Healthscreen) is organized into two business units: Software Products and Physician Services. Software Products consist of the Company�s electronic medical record (EMR) software, OHIP billing (HS Billing), Scheduling (HS Admin), hardware products, maintenance fees and services related to the software, such as installation, data conversion and training. It also includes software and hardware maintenance, and hardware products. Physician Services include CallerMD, which assists physicians in managing a range of uninsured medical services, HealthAlert, which helps physicians to provide reminders on scheduling of healthcare services, PrevCareMD, which allows physicians to maximize government-funded preventive care bonuses and Chronic Condition Management, which is designed to help doctors coordinate care of their chronic condition patients. Effective October 1, 2009, Healthscreen amalgamated with its wholly owned subsidiary Medical Telecom Corporation.
