Klondike Gold Corp. (Klondike Gold) is a resource exploration-stage company engaged in the acquisition, and exploration of mineral properties. It holds properties in British Columbia, Ontario, and the Yukon. It holds a 45% beneficial interest in a group of quartz claims and crown grants (the Property) located between Eldorado Creek and Upper Bonanza Creed, Dawson Mining Division, Yukon Territory. The Lone Star property is located in the Dawson Mining District of Yukon Territory. The property comprises 1200 ungranted Quartz claims, 14 Titled Lots and 300 Placer claims. It holds 100% interest in the Quartz Mountain Property, the Pitt Ash Property and the Vine Property. On June 1, 2012, it acquired by staking the 15 Mile Silver City Property. The 15 Mile Silver City Property is located approximately 40 kilometers northwest of Dawson City along the Yukon River and totals 100 claims covering an area of 21 square kilometers. On January 12, 2012, the Company acquired 80% of Lonestar Gold Inc.
