Jayden Resources Inc. (Jayden) is a Canadian exploration-stage company. The Company is a mineral exploration company engaged in acquiring, exploring and developing interests in mining projects. The Company�s principal asset is its 80% interest in the Silver Coin Property located near Stewart, British Columbia in the Skeena Mining Division. Silver Coin is a gold-silver property located 25 kilometers north of Stewart, British Columbia. The property covers approximately 1,470 hectares. On September 16, 2011, the Company announced that it had earned an additional 10% interest in the Silver Coin Property bringing its ownership to 80% interest. The Company completed 17,468 meters of new drilling in 109 holes at Silver Coin during the year ended December 31, 2011. As of December 31, 2011, the Company completed 869 holes totaling approximately 107,846 meters have been completed at Silver Coin.
