Hornby Bay Mineral Exploration Ltd. (Hornby Bay), formerly UNOR Inc., is a development stage company. The Company focuses on uranium exploration in Nunavut, Canada. The Company owns 100% interest in the Coppermine Property. The Coppermine Property consists of 16 mineral claims and 39 mining leases covering 117,933 acres (47,725 hectares). The HBME / MIE Metals Corporation Joint Venture consists of 29 mineral claims and one mining lease distributed in three blocks of contiguous claims. Two blocks are located to the north of the Coppermine Property, and one block is to the east the Coppermine Property. The Company holds a 100% interest in 90 mineral claims in the Asiak River area of Nunavut. The Company holds a 100% interest in nine mineral leases and seven mineral claims in the East Block area of Nunavut.
