GWR Resources Inc. is a mineral exploration company whose principle focus is the acquisition, exploration and development of mineral properties. As of September 30, 2011, the Company had the right to exploration and development of copper and gold properties located in British Columbia. These properties are comprised of approximately 65 square kilometers of contiguous claim groups located approximately 17 kilometers north northeast of Lac La Hache in south central British Columbia. Lac La Hache is located on BC Highway 97 approximately 65 Kilometers south of Williams Lake. The Company also has a 40% interest in the Sainte Sabine project, a gold property located within the Bellechasse Mineral Belt in southeastern Quebec. Sainte Sabine is both a gold and gold-polymetallic (gold-silver-zinc-copper) property and is located approximately 100 kilometers southeast of Quebec City, within the Beauce region.
