Glass Earth Gold Limited (Glass Earth) is a development-stage company. The Company is engaged in the acquisition and exploration of mineral properties in New Zealand. The Company operates in two segments: gold exploration, which focuses on the location and definition of a large hard-rock gold deposit with ancillary placer/alluvial gold exploration to provide placer mining opportunities; and placer (alluvial) gold mining, which operates gravity gold recovery units in conjunction with a mining fleet to recover gold from shallow open-pit/slot mined deposits. Glass Earth�s projects include Wharekirauponga (WKP) Gold Project, Neavesville Gold Project and MUIRS Gold Project. The WKP Project is held by the Hauraki Joint Venture (HJV), an agreement between Newmont Waihi Gold (65%) and Glass Earth Gold Limited (35%). The Neavesville prospect consolidates a 30 square kilometers area of prospective ground in the Hauraki Goldfield under exploration permits 52-759 and 51-767.
