Ely Gold & Minerals Inc. is an exploration stage company. The Company is engaged in the evaluation, acquisition, exploration and development of natural resource projects. The Company is focused on gold projects in North America. The Company�s properties include Mount Hamilton property, Shell property, Monte Cristo property and Gold Range property. The Mount Hamilton property is a 525 acre property located at the southern end of the Battle Mountain Gold Trend, 65 kilometers west of the town of Ely, Nevada. The property consists of precious and base metal mineralization that occurs within a gently folded sequence of Cambrian aged sedimentary rocks. The Shell and Monte Cristo properties are located southwest of the Mount Hamilton project, on claims that are contiguous with the Mount Hamilton property. In April 2013, Ely Gold & Minerals Inc acquired the Green Springs Property of Palladon Ventures Ltd.
