Cangold Limited is a Canada-based company engaged in the business of acquiring, exploring and developing mineral resource properties and is directing substantially all of its efforts towards the exploration and related development of the properties. The Company�s Plomo project is located within the north western portion of the Altar Desert in Sonora, Mexico. The Company�s Argosy Gold Mine property is located in the Red Lake Mining Division of northeastern Ontario, 110 kilometres east-northeast of Red Lake. The property comprises 44 patented and 57 unpatented claim units for a total of 101 contiguous claims covering 1,616 hectares. CANGOLD holds a 100% interest in the Argosy Gold Mine subject to a 2.5% NSR.
