Changfeng Energy Inc. (Changfeng) is engaged in the distribution of natural gas for industrial, commercial and residential users in the People's Republic of China. The Company operates in three segments: Gas Connections, Pipeline Gas (together the Natural Gas Distribution Utility) and CNG refueling retail station. Its Pipeline Gas Distribution Segment (Gas Connections and Pipeline Gas) is engaged in the gas connection and pipeline sales combine to form a gas distribution utility (pipeline gas distribution), which its primary operation. Its CNG Refueling Retail Station segment is a gas service center mainly for public transport vehicles like buses and taxis in Changsha City, Hunan Province, China. In July 2011, the Company together with Xiangtan Economic Construction and Development Investment Co., Ltd and Xiangtan Changjiang New Energy Investment Co., Ltd. established Xiangtan Changfeng Natural Gas Co., Ltd. In October 2011, the Company established Xiangtan Shin-Ko Energy Co., Ltd.
