Arcus Development Group Inc. (Arcus) is a mineral exploration and development company. Arcus is engaged in the business of acquiring and exploring mineral properties. As of July 31, 2012, Arcus held an interest in four early-stage mineral exploration properties in the Yukon Territory, Canada. The four claim blocks consists of the Dawson Gold Project are located in west-central Yukon approximately 100 km south of Dawson City. The Dan Man property is located immediately north of and adjacent to the Kaminak Coffee claims and is consists of 578 mineral claims. The Green Gulch property is a block of 66 claims that is completely surrounded by claims consists of the Kinross White Gold property. The Shamrock property is consists of 72 mining claims and is located on the north side of the Yukon River. On March 1, 2012, Arcus acquired a 50% interest in the Green Gulch, Touleary, Dan Man and Shamrock mineral claim blocks, collectively referred to as the Dawson Gold Project.
