American Creek Resources Ltd. is a metals exploration company. The Company is engaged in the exploration and development of mineral properties in Canada. The company holds 100% interest in both its Electrum property and its Ironmist property. The Company also holds 51% interest in the Treaty Creek property. The Electrum Project consists of six claims located approximately 40 kilometers north of Stewart, British Columbia. The Ironmist Project is located at the southern end of the Quesnel Trough approximately 50 kilometers north of Kamloops, British Columbia. The Treaty Creek Project covers approximately 114 square kilometers in the Skeena Mining District of northern British Columbia. The property is situated approximately 70 kilometers north of Stewart.
