Macusani Yellowcake Inc. (Macusani) is a Canada-based, exploration-stage company. The Company is engaged in uranium exploration and development. As of September 30, 2011, the Company was in the process of exploring its mineral properties and had not yet determined the quantum of mineral reserves. The Company focuses on the exploration of its properties on the Macusani Plateau in south-eastern Peru. The Company owns a 99.5% interest in concessions, which cover over 24,000 hectares (240 square kilometers). During the fiscal year ended September 30, 2011 the activities of the Company focused on drilling and target generation at the Kihitian property, as well as the column leach and ion-exchange tests started at Isivilla, in Macusani, in Lima and Johannesburg.
