Rockland Minerals Corp. is an exploration-stage company. The Company is engaged in the exploration of mineral property projects in Quebec, Canada. It is engaged in the business of acquiring, exploring and evaluating natural resource properties and has focused on the acquisition of interests in, and exploration for, copper, nickel, platinum group metals and gold in the province of Quebec, Canada. The Company has three material exploration properties consisting of the Retty Lake copper nickel property (the Retty Lake Project), Ashuanipi gold property (the Ashuanipi Property), and the Schefferville Gold Property all located in the Schefferville area of Quebec, Canada. It holds 100% right, title and interest in all of the mineral claims consisting of 210 mineral claims in the Retty Lake Project. The Company holds 81 claims in its Ashuanipi Property, located approximately 50 kilometres northeast of Schefferville, Quebec. The Company holds 151 mineral claims in its Schefferville property.
