Prominex Resource Corporation is a mineral exploration company engaged in acquiring, exploring and developing mineral properties within Canada. The Company�s properties are located on the island of Newfoundland in the province of Newfoundland and Labrador, Canada. During the fiscal year ended April 30, 2012, the Company holds interests in two mineral projects located in central Newfoundland, Tulks Hill (51%) and is the joint venture operator and Lake Bond, both of which are host to historical base metal resources. The Tulks Hill Property is located approximately 40 kilometers southwest of the former mining town of Buchans, 25 kilometers west of the Duck Pond deposit, 12 kilometers northeast of Messina's Boomerang prospect and 5 kilometers southwest of their Tulks East Deposit. The Lake Bond Property consists of one mineral concession (Reid Lot 50) and is situated approximately 50 kilometer south of Springdale, NL.
