Nortec Minerals Corp. is a Canadian junior resource company and owns mineral exploration properties in Canada, Ecuador and Finland. The Company holds a 51% interest in the nickel, copper, cobalt Tasisuak Lake (TL) Property, Labrador, Canada. This property is located 50 kilometers north west of Voisey Bay. Its other properties include Ganarin Property, Tammela Property, Seinajoki Property, LK Property, Kaatiala Property and Haukiaho Property. At the Ganarin Property mineralization with associated hydrothermal alteration is exposed over an area of 1.5 kilometers. The LK Property is located in north central Finland, 660 km north of the capital Helsinki, 65 km south of the Arctic Circle. The Seinajoki Property is located in southwest Finland. In April 2013, Vulcan Minerals Inc. acquired a 51% interest in Tasisuak Lake property of the Company.
