Prophecy Platinum Corp., formerly Pacific Coast Nickel Corp., is engaged in the acquisition, exploration and development of mineral properties. As of July 31, 2010, the Company had two nickel exploration projects, one project is located within the Yukon Territories and a second project located within Uruguay. On February 23, 2010, the Company entered into an option agreement to acquire up to 75% interest in the Burwash Property located eight kilometers from the Alaska Highway. The Company has incorporated wholly owned subsidiary in Uruguay, Pacific Nickel Sudamerica SA. In June 2011, the Company acquired Wellgreen and Lynn Lake nickel properties from Prophecy Resource Corp. On July 16, 2012, it acquired Ursa Major Minerals Incorporated.
