Eagle Star Minerals Corp. is a Canada-based exploration-stage company. The Company is focused on the acquisition, exploration and development of mineral properties in Canada and Brazil. As of September 30, 2012, the Company had identified and acquired three high potential phosphate opportunities and named them The Ruth Agro-mineral Project, The Samba Agro-mineral Project, and The Bomfim Agro-mineral Project. The Ruth Project consists of 53 claims and is 100% wholly owned with total concessions covering an area of 83,723 hectares. The Samba Project consists of 24 claims and is also 100% wholly owned with total concessions covering an area of 56,027 hectares. The Bomfim Project consists of 29 claims with Eagle Star having the option to acquire 100% of the project. Total concessions for Bomfim cover 32,608 hectares and are located in the state of Tocantins. As of September 30, 2012, the Company owns a total land package of 172,358 hectares across 106 claims.
