As of September 30, 2012, the Company had 100% interest in its Ashcroft 1 Claim, B.C., which has 491 hectare property located near Cache Creek in the Kamloops Mining Division, British Columbia and Lone Tree Showing, Claim Nos. 1, 2, 3 and 4, B.C., which has four mineral claims, totaling 409 hectares are located directly to the west of the Ashcroft property near Cache Creek in the Kamloops Mining Division, British Columbia. The Company is in the process of exploring its resource properties that are economically recoverable. The Company also finances its activities primarily by the private placement of securities. The Company's exploration properties are in the exploration stage, have not commenced commercial production.
