The Company, through its wholly owned subsidiary, Easyaccess Financial Services Limited, also operates in financial services segment. It is a supply chain solutions provider. It operates in two segments: Distribution & Service business and Financial Service business. As of March 31, 2012, the Company had presence in over 23 countries, was associated with over 120 global IT and telecom brands and had over 32,000 channel partners, and it also had 76 sales offices, 102 warehouses and 105 own service centers, and 235 partner service centers. In June 2012, its wholly owned subsidiary, M/s. Easyaccess Financial Services Limited, purchased a building STERLING TECHNOPOLIS admeasuring 2,30,000 square feet located at Old Mahabalipuram Road, Chennai. During the fiscal year ended march 31, 2012, Standard Chartered Private Equity acquired 11.99% in the Company.
