Shiv-Vani Oil & Gas Exploration Services Limited (Shiv-Vani) is engaged in providing oil and natural gas exploitation services. The Company�s projects spread across over 36 sites in India. The Company primarily operates in India and the Middle East. The Company offers onshore integrated exploration and production services in India. Shiv-Vani conducts two dimensional (2D) and three dimensional (3D) land seismic and transit zone surveys. The Company provides onshore E&P services ranging from seismic services, well drilling, work over operations, extraction of methane gas out of coal beds (CBM) to integrated well services with projects all over the country. It also offers range of specialized services, including cementing, stimulation, logging, well testing, directional drilling, mud engineering, mud logging and logistics. The Company�s key clients are ONGC, OIL and PDO-Shell OMAN. In May 2012, the Company acquired Ocean Heritage, which is renamed as Shiv-Vani Heritage from Diamond Offsh.
