The Oudh Sugar Mills Limited (OSML) is an India-based company. The Company�s operating segments include Sugar, Spirits, Co-generation and Food processing. Sugar include the manufacture, trading and sale of sugar, molasses and bagasse; Spirits, which includes manufacture and sale of industrial spirits ((including Ethanol), fusel oil and bio-compost; Co-generation, which consists of generation and transmission of power, and Food Processing Products, which consists of canned fruits and vegetables, jams, jellies, squashes and juices. The Other segment include the miscellaneous business consisting of less than 10% revenues. As of June 30, 2012, the Company mainly operated in India. Its subsidiaries include Champaran Marketing Company Ltd., Hargaon Investment & Trading Company Limited, OSM Investment & Trading Company Limited and Hargaon Properties Limited.
