The Company provides information and search tools and offers its advertisers a range of multiplatform advertising methods. It operates through three segments. The Print segment includes the publishing of directory books, such as PagineGialle and PagineBianche, city map guides and yearbooks for business communications and information. The Online & Mobile segment comprises online information publishing and advertising services through various Website tolls, such as directory of individuals and businesses search engine, tourist guides and hotel reservations service, among others. The Online & Mobile segment also includes a mobile service, which allows users to search for companies, brands and products through mobile phone browser. The Voice segment offers over the phone directory information. On August 31, 2012, the Company merged by incorporation with Lighthouse International Company SA.
