Winmar Resources Limited (Winmar) is an Australia-based company engaged in the investment in exploration assets in the Pilbara region of Western Australia and the conduct of exploration activities on those assets. The Company�s core project, Hamersley Iron project is an advanced exploration target with development potential. The project location is adjacent to operating mines & infrastructure. The Company has a Joint Venture Agreement with Cazaly Iron Pty Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of Cazaly Resource, for the Hamersley Iron Project, whereby Winmar is able to earn 51% of the project through exploration expenditure.
