Sipa Resources Limited is an Australia-based company engaged in the acquisition and exploration of mineral tenements in Australia. The Company�s projects include Thaduna Copper Project, Ilgarari Copper Project, Tennant Creek Gold and Copper Projects and Woodline Gold and Basemetals Project. The Company holds 100% interest in the Thaduna Copper Project, which is situated in PaleoProterozoic rocks in the Gascoyne Region of Western Australia (WA) and covers an area of 1000 square kilometers. The Ilgarari Copper Project covering 985 square kilometers is located adjacent to, and northeast of, historic copper workings about 150 kilometres north of Thaduna in Western Australia. Like Thaduna, the area has the potential to host copper deposits and SEDEX-class lead-zinc deposits.
