The Company�s solutions included the provision of supplementary trades and professional labor, maintenance services, project management, healthcare professionals, offshore marine staffing services, customer contact solutions and trainee and apprenticeship management. SKILLED�s segments include Workforce Services, which is engaged in the provision of workforce solutions; Technical Professionals, which is engaged in the provision of engineering and technical professional, white collar and nursing staff, and Engineering and Marine Services, which is engaged in the provision of contract maintenance and engineering services. On January 30, 2012, it completed the sale of its New Zealand based labour hire business, Tradeforce NZ, which was engaged in the provision of supplementary labor hire. On October 31, 2011, SKILLED sold its contact centre business, Excelior Pty Ltd.
