Resource & Investment NL is engaged in mineral tenements in Western Australia and the acquisition of 100% interest in Grosvenor Gold Pty Ltd. Grosvenor project is located about 170 kilometer north-west of the historic WA gold mining region of Meekatharra. The Grosvenor Project includes The one million tons Per Annum Grosvenor gold treatment plant; Joint Ore Reserves Committee (JORC) compliant gold resources of 1.25 Million Ounces, and a 2,225 square kilometer tenement holding in the Bryah Basin. In August 2012, the Company expanded its Bryah Basin exploration interests with an agreement to earn a 51% interest in the Horseshoe Lights East Project. Horseshoe Lights East consists of a single Mining Lease located immediately east of the historic Horseshoe Lights volcanogenic massive sulphide (VMS) copper-gold project. In March 2012, the Company acquired Grosvenor Gold Pty Ltd.
