Quickstep Holdings Limited is engaged in the manufacture of composite components for the aerospace industry, and continuing research and development in composite manufacturing processes. The Company operates in three segments: Manufacturing, which engaged in targeting manufacturing contracts utilizing a range of manufacturing solutions, including traditional manufacturing technologies, such as autoclaves and next generation technologies, such as the patented Quickstep Process; Quickstep Process, which is engaged in licensing its Quickstep Process technology to Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM�s) and their suppliers, and providing them with Quickstep machines and support services, and Research and Development, which is engaged in conducting research and development on Quickstep and associated technologies where possible on a paid basis on behalf of customers to validate its suitability for their needs and/or develop the technology to meet their specific requirements.
