Kinetiko Energy Ltd (Kinetiko) is an Australia-based company. The Company focuses on advanced Coal Bed Methane (CBM). The Company�s project include: Amersfoort project. The Amersfoort Project is located at the heart of South Africa�s energy infrastructure in Mpumalanga in South Africa, 250 kilometers east of Johannesburg. Kinetiko is the operator of two gas licenses in the Amersfoort Project. Kinetiko has acquired a 49% interest in two onshore gas licenses covering 1,601 square kilometers in the Amersfoort area under a farm-in agreement with a South African private company Badimo Gas (Pty) Ltd. During the fiscal year ended June 30, 2012, Kinetiko completed 10 exploration core holes in the northern Amersfoort exploration license (56ER). In August 2012, United States-based independent oil and gas consultant Gustavson Associates estimated prospective resources, Gas in Place of 2.4 Trillion cubic feet.
