Ingenia Communities Group, formerly ING Real Estate Community Living Group, is an externally managed stapled real estate investment trust that owns, manages and develops a diversified portfolio of senior's housing communities. It is a property group specializing in seniors and student housing communities. It offers a diversified investment in seniors and student communities in Australia, Canada, New Zealand and the United States. It was formed by the stapling of the units in two property trusts, ING Real Estate Community Living Fund (the Fund) and ING Real Estate Community Living Management Trust (ILMT). The Fund is engaged in investment in real estate. In February 2013, Bristal Holdings, LLC, completed the sale of a portfolio of five senior living communities comprising 768 assisted living suites, located in New York State. Effective February 15, 2013, the Company acquired The Grange Village.
