Primary Gold Limited, formerly Hydrotech International Limited, is a gold exploration company. The Company owns and operates the Mt Bundy Gold Project near Pine Creek in Australia�s Northern Territory. In addition, it has a further 2,600 square kilometers of exploration tenements and applications in the Mt Bundy, Pine Creek and Tennant Creek regions of the Northern Territory. The Mt Bundy Gold Project includes the Toms Gully open underground mine complete with a 250,000 ton per annum processing plant and the nearby Rustlers Roost open pit project. The Mt Bundy Gold Project includes one million ounce resource, which consist of inferred resources of approximately 350,000 ounces and indicated resources of approximately 665,000 ounces. The Mt Bundy Project contains all key attributes of Pine Creek-style, quartz-hosted gold mineralization. On January 18, 2013, it completed the acquisition of the Mt Bundy Gold Project in the Northern Territory.
