Glory Resources Limited (Glory) is an Australia-based company. On September 20, 2010, it agreed to acquire Quetico Minerals Pty Ltd, pursuant to which it can acquire the right to earn in to up to a 75% interest in the Onion Lake Project. In addition, Glory can acquire a 100% interest in the Eagle Lake Project and the Way Lake Project. The Onion Lake Project is located approximately 50 kilometers north of Thunder Bay, Ontario, Canada. The Onion Lake Project consists of 84 unpatented mining claims consisting 963 units of a total of 15,408 hectares. The Eagle Lake Project is located 26 kilometers west southwest of the town of Dryden, Ontario, Canada. The EL Project consists of 11 mining claims consisting of 2,400 hectares. The mining claims are located in the Kenora Mining Division. The Way Lake Project is located approximately 12 kilometers east-southeast of the town of Sioux Lookout, Ontario, Canada. The Property consists of four unpatented mining claims comprising 864 hectares.
