Gascoyne Resources Limited is an Australia-based mineral exploration company. The Company is engaged in gold and base metal mineral exploration. Its projects include Glenburgh gold project, Bassit Bore gold project, Mt James gold project and Bustler Well gold project. Its Glenburgh gold project is located in the Southern Gascoyne region of Western Australia 250 kilometers east of Carnarvon and consists of 561 square kilometers of tenement area. The project consists of a gold mineralized shear system hosted in remnants of Archaean terrane in a Proterozoic mobile belt. The Bassit Bore gold project is located approximately 120 kilometers north of Glenburgh. As of June 30, 2010, the Company completed 2,200 meters of RC drilling in the Bassit Bore gold project. During the fiscal year ended June 30, 2010 (fiscal 2010), the Company completed its initial drilling at the Glenburgh deposit and at Bassit Bore project.
