Entek Energy Limited (Entek) is engaged in oil and gas exploration, development and production and investment in the resources industry. The Company operates in North America and Australasia. Entek has working interests in seven blocks in the Gulf of Mexico. It holds a 55% interest in the Niobrara Oil Resource Play Project. It has 25% working interest in the exploration and development of North Padre Island Block 975, Federal Outer Continental Shelf; 38% working interest in the exploration and development of Galveston Block A133, Federal Outer Continental Shelf, and 55% working interest in the exploration and development of the Battle Mountain, Slater Dome, Focus Ranch, Scorpion and Dolan Mesa Projects, based in the states of Colorado and Wyoming. On December 8, 2011, it announced the sale of the High Island 24L gas producing asset. On March 6, 2012, it announced the sale of the VR 341/342 blocks in the Gulf of Mexico.
