The Australian Social Infrastructure Fund was established in 2000 to acquire a portfolio of child care centers. The principal activity of the Fund during the financial year ended June 30, 2010, was investment in income producing social infrastructure assets. At the same date the Fund owned 51 childcare centers, a self storage facility, a medical centre and has investments in a number of property securities. During the year the Fund sold 2 childcare properties. An additional childcare centre has been contracted and settled subsequent to June 30, 2010. The Fund also sold a Number of securities during the period. The responsible Entity is Austock Funds Management Ltd.
