Australasian Resources Limited is a mineral exploration company. The Company�s Sherlock Bay Nickel Project is located east of Karratha, in the Pilbara region of Western Australia. The Sherlock Extended Project (70% Australasian) surrounds the main Sherlock Bay nickel deposit. The Sherlock Bay Project includes the Sherlock Bay Deposit M47/0567, surrounding ground held as prospecting licenses, plus exploration licences E47/2049 and E47/2203. The Cat Camp project, lies within the Lake Johnston Greenstone Belt and is located approximately 170 kilometer south west of Kalgoorlie. The Mt Salt prospect is located near the Pilbara coast, immediately to the west of the Balmoral South Iron Ore Project area. In July 2012, Mineralogy Pty Ltd has acquired 69.85% of the voting power in the Company.
