Altura Mining Limited (Altura) is an Australia-based company is engaged in provision of mining services, including drilling and geologging services. It is also engaged in exploration for coal, iron ore, lithium, garnet, uranium and other minerals on its tenements located in Australia and Indonesia. The Company has four business units: Coal, Iron Ore, Lithium and Other Metals and Minerals. Mt Webber is a joint venture with Atlas Iron, located in the Pilbara, Western Australia. In August 2012, Altura executed a formal Sale and Purchase Agreement to purchase equity in two further coal projects located in South Kalimantan, Indonesia. During the fiscal year ended June 30, 2012, the Company�s key projects are The Tabalong coal project, The Pilgangoora lithium project and The Mt Webber iron. Effective February 28, 2013, the Company acquired a 33.3% stake in Delta Ultima Coal PT.
