Advanced Engine Components Limited (AEC) is an Australia-based company. The Company is engaged in the commercialization and sale of Natural Gas Vehicle Systems (NGVS), natural gas engines incorporating AEC�s NGVS and associated components and spare parts. AEC specializes in the research, development and production of electronic fuel injection and engine management technologies that enable vehicle engines to run on natural gas. AEC has operations in Australia, France, China and South East Asia. It has four product segments: sale of spares and services, sale of NGVS kits and components, sale of completed engines purchased from original equipment manufacturers incorporating AEC NGVS, and research and development of new products. During the fiscal year ended June 30, 2010 (fiscal 2010), it sold 25 liquefied natural gas (LNG) engines to Hangzhou Public Transport Company (HPT) in China. During fiscal 2010, it sold 20 compressed natural gas engines to PT Arimba Jaya (AJA) in Indonesia.
