Rorento NV (the Fund) is a Netherland Antilles-based open-end investment company. The Fund invests globally in government and corporate bonds. It issues and repurchases ordinary shares on a daily basis at prices approximating net asset value, augmented or reduced by a limited surcharge or discount. The investment process focuses mainly on asset allocation within the different fixed-income investment categories. As of December 31, 2012, the Fund primarily invested in such sectors, as government (53.5%), industrials (20.3%), financials (14.8%) and mortgage (6.3%), among others. The Fund also holds European asset backed securities (ABS). Rorento NV is managed by Robeco Institutional Asset Management BV (RIAM), an affiliated company of the Robeco Group.
