Inner Mongolia Yitai Coal Company Limited is principally engaged in the production, transportation and sale of coal, as well as the distribution of petroleum products. The Company is also involved in the provision of railway transportation services and road transportation services, the planting, processing and sale of licorice and other traditional Chinese herbal medicines, logistics services, as well as accommodation and catering services. The Company distributes its coal products under the brand name of Yitai. During the year ended December 31, 2011, the Company produced approximately 35.085 million metric tons of commodity coal and sold approximately 38.3305 million metric tons of coal. The Company mainly operates its businesses in domestic markets.
