Moneta Porcupine Mines Inc. (Moneta) is a Canada-based exploration-stage company. The Company is engaged in the exploration and development of gold minerals on its land package in the Timmins Camp in Timmins, Ontario, Canada. Moneta holds a 100% interest in five core gold and four base metal projects within the Abitibi Greenstone Belt in Ontario and Quebec. The Porcupine Camp and Golden Highway Camp are its primary projects. The Golden Highway Project is located approximately 35 kilometers east from Matheson and covers approximately 10,800 hectares in Guibord, Michaud, Barnet, and Garrison Townships with additional property interests in Hislop, Holloway, and Marriott Townships. Golden Highway Camp includes three main zones: Southwest Zone, Windjammer South and 55 Zone. Porcupine Camp property includes gold properties, such as North Tisdale, Nighthawk Lake, Kayorum and Denton-Thorneloe. It staked two additional claims in Michaud Township during the year ended December 31, 2011.
