Inova Resources Limited is an Australia-based mineral exploration, development and mining company. The Company has been acquired by Shanxi Donghui Coal Coking and Chemicals Group Co., Ltd., a privately-owned Chinese company. The Company is exploring the Mt. Isa Inlier area, where the Company has multiple tenements covering in excess of 5,700 square kilometers and that are prospective for copper, gold, molybdenum, rhenium and uranium. It has exploration tenement holding over a 130 kilometers geological belt, surrounded by a number of projects, including Mt. Isa lead/zinc/silver mine (Xstrata), the Ernest Henry copper/gold mine (Xstrata), the Cannington lead/zinc/silver mine (BHP), and the Phosphate Hill phosphate mine (Incitec). Its key projects include Osborne copper-gold operation and Merlin project, which contains molybdenum and rhenium deposit in Australia.
