Deethree Exploration Ltd (Dee Three) is a Canada-based Company. Dee Three is engaged in natural gas and light crude oil exploration, development and production in Western Canada. Dee Three�s core operating areas: the Peace River Arch area of northwestern Alberta and the Brazeau area in west central Alberta, which are prospective for natural gas, light crude oil and natural gas liquids, and the Lethbridge region of southern Alberta. During the year ended December 31, 2011, the Company drilled 20 gross (17.4 net) wells, including 4 gross (3.1 net) Montney wells in the Peace River Arch area, 4 gross (3.6 net) Belly River wells at Brazeay along with 6 gross (6.0 net) Sunburst wells and 6 gross (4.8 net) Bakken wells in the Lethbridge region. During 2011, it produced an average annual production of 1,860 barrel of oil equivalent. On March 22, 2011, it acquired oil and gas assets located in Peace River Arch area of northern Alberta and the Brazeau area of Central Alberta.
