CML Healthcare Inc. (CML) is providing diagnostic medical care. The Company is a provider of community-based diagnostic testing services. In addition to its laboratory testing services involving hematology, biochemistry, cytology, microbiology, and histology, the Company is licensed to conduct a range of supporting diagnostic procedures, such as electro cardio grams, holter monitoring, and pulmonary function tests. In November 2011, it sold its medical imaging operations in the United States to RadNet, Inc. In December 2011, the Company announced the sale of two imaging centers in Maryland. Effective January 1, 2012, CML completed the purchase of 312244 B.C. Ltd. On October 1, 2012, it acquired Hemostasis Reference Laboratory Inc. In November 2012, the Company sold of its diagnostic imaging business in Alberta to Canada Diagnostic Centres (CDC). In May 2013, the Company acquired Rocky Mountain Analytical.
